TURRÓN DE YEMA TOSTADA
Ingredientes:

  • 300 g de almendra cruda molida
  • 300 g de azúcar o azúcar glas
  • 4 yemas (una para pintar)
  • 1 huevo entero
    • Elaboración:

    En un recipiente poner las almendras y el azúcar, mezclar.
    Añadir un huevo entero y mezclar bien con las manos.
    Poner las tres yemas en un bol y añadir la mitad a la mezcla, amasar. Añadir la otra mitad de las yemas y seguir amasando hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
    Cubrir un molde rectangular con papel de horno. Poner dentro la masa, nivelar y presionar bien.
    Cerrar bien con el mismo papel para que no se reseque y dejar en la nevera unas 24 horas.
    Con cuidado desenvolver y poner el turrón en una fuente. Pintarlo con yema de huevo y espolvorearlo con azúcar.
    Hornear a 250 grados durante 10 minutos hasta que se dore por encima. (Poner la bandeja en la parte superior del horno).
    Dejar enfriar completamente, quitar el papel y servir.
