POLLO DEBAJO DE LA SALSA DE NATA Y QUESO

  • 800 g de pollo
  • 500 g de patatas
  • 250 g de champiñones
  • 250 ml de nata 10-35%
  • 150 g de queso curado o semicurado
  • perejil
  • sal
  • pimienta

    Nos gusta acompañar este pollo con patatas y champiñones. Combinan muy bien con la salsa. Pero se pueden sustituir por cualquier otra cosa según deseo.
    Elaboración:

    Pelar y cortar las patatas en trozos.
    Si los champiñones son grandes cortarlos en dos partes.
    En una fuente poner las patatas, los champiñones y el pollo lavado y troceado. Salpimentar y hornear a 220 grados durante 45-55 minutos.
    Al mismo tiempo preparar la salsa. Para esto rallar el queso.
    En un recipiente mezclar la nata, el queso y el perejil.
    Sacar el pollo, verter encima la salsa y hornear 15-20 minutos más.
