GALLETITAS DE COCO

  • 100 g de coco rallado
  • 120 g de azúcar
  • 2 claras de huevo

    En un bol mezclar el coco con el azúcar.
    Montar las claras a punto de nieve.
    Poco a poco añadir las claras montadas a la mezcla de coco, removiendo con cuidado.
    Cubrir la bandeja con papel de horno. Con la ayuda de una cucharita formar bolas o pirámides y ponerlas en la bandeja.
    Hornear a 190 grados durante 15-20 minutos. Pero mejor orientarse por el aspecto exterior: estarán listas cuando estén de color dorado y su parte superior de color marrón.
