FILETE DE ATÚN CON SALSA TÁRTARA
Ingredientes:

  • 4 filetes de atún fresco
  • 100 ml de vino blanco
  • 1 cebolla
  • tomillo
  • 1-2 hojas de laurel
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite
    • Para la salsa:
  • 5 cucharadas de mayonesa
  • 1 yogur natural
  • 3-4 cucharadas de alcaparras
  • ¼ de cebolla para ensaladas
  • 2 pepinillos

    Nos gusta acompañar este plato con verduras asadas al horno. Pero también se puede servir con arroz, puré de patatas, etc.
    Elaboración:

    Preparar el marinado. Mezclar el aceite, el vino, el laurel, un poco de tomillo y la cebolla cortada en rodajas.
    Verter la mezcla en el pescado y dejar marinar durante 30 minutos.
    Preparar la salsa. Picar la cebolla y los pepinillos.
    Mezclarlos con la mayonesa, el yogur y las alcaparras.
    En una plancha o una sartén bien caliente, dorar los filetes de pescado por ambos lados.
    Servir el atún caliente con la salsa por encima.
