CHEESECAKE
Ingredientes:

  • 300 g de galletas
  • 150 g de mantequilla
  • 600 g de queso tipo Filadelfia
  • 3 huevos
  • 150 ml de nata
  • 150 g de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar avainillado o de esencia de vainilla

    Todos los ingredientes tienen que estar a temperatura ambiente.
    Elaboración:

    Desmenuzar las galletas y mezclar con la mantequilla derretida.
    Ponemos la mezcla en un molde desmontable por el fondo y por los bordes. Ponerlo en la nevera.
    Mezclar el queso con el azúcar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
    Añadir poco a poco la nata, los huevos y el azúcar avainillado. Mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Si se bate la masa demasiado, durante la cocción, el cheesecake puede hincharse.
    Verter la mezcla de queso en el molde. Precalentar el horno a 170 grados. Poner en la parte de abajo un recipiente con agua hirviendo y hornear aproximadamente 1 hora 30 minutos.
    Una vez listo dejar enfriar durante una hora y, a continuación, dejar en la nevera cerca de 4 horas más.

    Desmoldar la tarta con cuidado. Para esto, antes de desmoldar se puede pasar con un cuchillo por los bordes del molde.
