TARTA CON MORAS
Ingredientes:

  • 700 g de moras (o cualquier otra fruta del bosque)
  • 200 g de mantequilla
  • 200 g de azúcar
  • 4 huevos
  • 300-350 g de harina
  • 2 cucharaditas de azúcar de vainilla
  • 7 cucharaditas de cacao
  • 3 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
    • Para la crema:
  • 500 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 150 g de azúcar
    • Elaboración:

    Mezclar la mantequilla reblandecida (dejar fuera de la nevera unas horas antes de cocinar) con el azúcar y azúcar de vainilla.
    Añadir los huevos, mezclar bien.
    Añadir el cacao, mezclar.
    Añadir la levadura, la harina y amasar.
    Untar el molde con mantequilla y espolvorear con harina. Colocar la mitad de la masa en el molde y hornear a 180 grados durante 15-20 minutos.
    Repetir lo mismo con el resto de la masa. Cortar los 2 bizcochos listos horizontalmente en 2 partes.
    Para la crema necesitamos mezclar el yogur con el azúcar.
    Untar el primer bizcocho con la crema.
    Poner una parte de las moras (previamente lavadas y machacadas con una cuchara).
    Cubrir con el segundo bizcocho, untar con la crema y poner las moras encima.
    Cubrir con el tercer bizcocho, untar con la crema y poner las moras encima.
    Cubrir con el cuarto bizcocho, untar con la crema y poner las moras encima.
    Poner la tarta en la nevera durante unas horas o mejor hasta el día siguiente.
