SOPA DE GUISANTES CON MENTA
Ingredientes:

  • 400 g de guisantes
  • 1 manojo de menta
  • aceite de oliva
  • sal
  • pimienta
  • 1 yogur natural desnatado o yogur tipo griego

    Se puede utilizar tanto guisantes congelado, como frescos.

    Para acompañar van bien trocitos de pan tostado, beicon y etc.
    Elaboración:

    Llevar una pequeña cantidad de agua con sal hasta ebullición. Poner las hojas de menta y hervir tres minutos.
    Añadir los guisantes y hervir cerca de 5 minutos.
    Escurrir y guardar el caldo. Poner los guisantes y la menta en una batidora.
    Añadir 400 ml del caldo guardado, un poco de aceite de oliva y batir bien. Salpimentar.
    Verter en los platos, rociar con un chorro de aceite, añadir el yogur y decorar con la menta.
