QUICHE CON PUERRO
Ingredientes:

  • 1 hoja de masa de hojaldre
  • 250 g de puerro
  • 2 huevos
  • 4 cucharadas de yogur tipo griego
  • sal
  • pimienta
  • queso rallado (opcional)

    En este quiche se puede usar cualquier relleno. Por ejemplo, muchas veces picamos pimiento verde y lo mezclamos con el puerro. También, en lugar de puerro, se pueden usar champiñones cortados y al final añadir el queso.
    Elaboración:

    Picar el puerro.
    Mezclar bien los huevos y el yogur, salpimentar.
    Estirar la masa y encima poner el puerro, verter la mezcla y envolver los bordes.
    Hornear a 180 grados durante 45-50 minutos. Según gusto se puede espolvorear con queso rallado 10 minutos antes de que esté listo. Servir caliente.
