POLLO CON CALABAZA Y CHAMPIÑONES
Ingredientes:

  • 700 g de pechuga de pollo
  • 250 g de calabaza
  • 200 g de champiñones
  • 1 cebolla mediana
  • 150 ml de nata
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 1 cucharada de salsa de soja
  • sal
  • pimienta
  • aceite

    También se puede cocinar con cualquier parte de pollo, cortado pequeño.
    Elaboración:

    Pelar y cortar la calabaza en dados.
    Cortar los champiñones en cuarto partes.
    Picar la cebolla.
    Trocear la pechuga en trozos medianos.
    En una sartén con aceite freír una parte de la pechuga a fuego alto durante 3 minutos.
    Poner en un plato y freír la otra parte del pollo.
    En la misma sartén freír la cebolla durante 2-3 minutos.
    Añadir los champiñones, la calabaza y freír durante 10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando.
    Añadir la salsa de soja, el zumo de limón, el pollo y la nata. Salpimentar. Llevar a ebullición, bajar el fuego y guisar cerca de 15 minutos hasta que la calabaza esté tierna.
    Antes de servir espolvorear con perejil.
