PASTEL SUAVE CON ALMENDRAS Y FRUTAS DEL BOSQUE
Ingredientes:

  • 120 g de harina
  • 120 g de azúcar
  • 170 g de mantequilla (reblandecida)
  • 2 huevos
  • 100 g de almendras
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
  • 200 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 400-450 g de frutas de bosque (nosotros usamos moras)
  • canela
  • un pizca de sal
    • Observaciones y Notas:

    En esta receta se puede usar cualquier fruta del bosque o fruta roja.
    Elaboración:

    Moler las almendras con la ayuda de una batidora.
    Batir el azúcar con la mantequilla.
    Sin parar de batir, añadir uno a uno los huevos.
    Añadir las almendras picadas, mezclar.
    Mezclar la harina con la levadura y añadirla a la mezcla junto con el griego, la canela y la sal.
    Amasar bien.
    Cubrir un molde (puede ser redondo o rectangular) con papel de horno, untado con aceite. Debajo poner una parte de las moras.
    Encima poner la mitad de la masa, igualar.
    Poner la otra parte de las moras.
    Encima poner la masa restante, igualar. Se pueden incrustar unas moras encima.
    Hornear a 180 grados durante 45-50 minutos.
    Así está el pastel listo.
