PASTEL DE MORAS CON MIEL
Ingredientes:

  • 500 g de moras
  • 280 g de harina
  • 4 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
  • 60 g de mantequilla
  • 200 ml de nata
  • 1 huevo
  • 2 cucharadas de miel
  • unas gotas de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 cucharada de levadura en polvo
  • ¼ cucharadita de sal
    • Elaboración:

    Poner en un recipiente la harina, la levadura, el azúcar y la sal.
    Mezclar bien y añadir los cubitos de mantequilla.
    Mezclar bien con las manos hasta obtener la consistencia de migas. (Se puede hacer estos pasos con la ayuda de una batidora, si tenéis una bastante grande que pueda contener todos estos ingredientes).
    Añadir la nata al recipiente con la masa, mezclar bien.
    Añadir un huevo un poco batido, la miel y el extracto de vainilla. Amasar bien.
    Añadir las moras y amasar un poco más.
    Poner la masa en un molde cubierto con papel de horno, igualar. Encima se puede incrustar unas moras para decorar. Hornear a 200 grados durante 50-60 minutos.
    Una vez listo, enfriar un poco y servir.
