PASTEL DE MANZANA
Ingredientes:

  • 500 g de manzanas
  • 1,5 de vasos de harina
  • 125 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 150 g de mantequilla derretida
  • media cucharadita de bicarbonato apagado con vinagre
    • Para la crema:
  • 150 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 1 huevo
  • 0,5-1 vaso de azúcar (dependiendo de lo dulce que se quiera)
  • 2 cucharadas de harina

    El pastel está rico tanto frio (de la nevera), como a temperatura ambiente.
    Elaboración:

    En un recipiente mezclar el yogur y la mantequilla. Añadir la harina con la soda apagada y amasar. Poner la masa en la nevera mientras preparamos la crema y el relleno.
    Para la crema batir el yogur, el huevo, el azúcar y la harina.
    Para el relleno pelar las manzanas y cortarlas en rodajas finas.
    En un molde estirar la masa con las manos y hacer los bordes.
    Poner las manzanas sobre la masa y encima verter la crema. Hornear a 180 grados durante 50 minutos.
    Así resulta el corte.
