PASTEL CON CEREZAS
Ingredientes:

  • 550 g de cerezas (o cualquier otra fruta del bosque)
  • 130 g para de azúcar
  • 2 cucharaditas de azúcar de vainilla
  • 350-380 g de harina
  • 100 g de mantequilla
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 cucharadita de la soda apagada (½ cuchara de postre de bicarbonato sódico y añadir gota a gota vinagre hasta que se haya disuelto completamente el bicarbonato. Aproximadamente ½ cuchara de postre de vinagre)
    • Para la crema:
  • 250 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 150 g de azúcar

    Este pastel lo podéis cocinar con cualquier fruta roja que os guste. Usualmente lo hacemos con cerezas y moras.
    Elaboración:

    Mezclar la mantequilla reblandecida (dejar fuera de la nevera unas horas antes de cocinar) con el azúcar y azúcar de vainilla.
    Añadir los huevos, mezclar.
    Añadir la soda apagada, la harina y amasar. La masa no tiene que pegarse a las manos y tampoco ser muy espesa.
    Untar un molde con mantequilla y espolvorear con harina. Colocar la masa dentro y hacer moldear.
    Lavar las cerezas y deshuesar. Ponerlas encima de la masa. Hornear a 180 grados durante 35-40 minutos.
    Batir el yogur con el azúcar.
    Verter encima del pastel caliente. Poner en nevera durante 3-4 horas.
