PAN DE AJO
Ingredientes:

  • 1 barra de pan
  • 2 dientes grandes de ajo
  • 2-3 cucharaditas de eneldo picado
  • 50 g de mantequilla

    El eneldo se puede sustituir por perejil.

    Para las tostadas también se puede utilizar pan del día anterior.

    Se puede comer solo o con lonchas de salmón ahumado, caviar, etc.

    Va perfecto para una fiesta, para un picnic, etc.
    Elaboración:

    Cortar el pan en rodajas de una anchura de 1 cm.
    Derretir la mantequilla, añadir el eneldo y el ajo machacado con un triturador de ajos. Mezclar.
    Con la mezcla obtenida untar los trozos de pan por un lado y ponerlos en una bandeja de horno.
    Hornear en la parte superior a 200-210 grados durante 10-15 minutos hasta que las tostadas estén doraditas.
