PALMERITAS DE HOJALDRE
Ingredientes:

  • una hoja de masa de hojaldre
  • 100 g de azúcar
    • Elaboración:

    Estirar la masa de hojaldre. (Mejor si será de forma rectangular, pero si es redonda, se puede estirar un poco por los lados). Espolvorear la masa con abundante azúcar, repartir bien.
    Llevar los extremos hasta el centro (para que sea más fácil, hacerlo con el papel, no con las manos).
    De nuevo espolvorear con azúcar y pasar el rodillo para que éste se integre en la masa.
    Otra vez llevar los extremos de la masa al centro, volver a poner azúcar y pasar con el rodillo.
    Doblar la masa y espolvorear con un poco de azúcar en cada lado. Presionar un poco con el papel.
    Cortar la masa en trocitos de 1 cm.
    Poner las piezas sobre el mismo papel y apretarlas un poco con un cuchillo.
    Hornear en la parte superior a 200 grados durante 15 minutos.
