OLLAS CON PESCADO Y VERDURAS
Ingredientes:

  • 300 g de pescado
  • 500 g de patatas
  • 150 g de cebolla
  • 150 g de zanahoria
  • mayonesa
  • pimienta
  • sal
    • Elaboración:

    Rallar la zanahoria.
    Cortar el pescado.
    Cortar las patatas en los trozos pequeños.
    Picar la cebolla.
    En el fondo de la olla poner las patatas, sazonar con un poco de sal.
    Sobre las patatas poner el pescado, sazonar con sal y pimienta.
    Sobre el pescado poner la cebolla.
    Sobre la cebolla poner la zanahoria.
    Encima de todo poner 1 cucharada de mayonesa.
    Verter 30-40 ml de agua o vino blanco. Cerrar las ollas con las tapas y ponerlas en el horno. Cocinar a 180 grados durante 70-80 minutos. Cuando esté listo espolvorear con perejil.

    Cualquier horno, no microondas. Este es un plato que se tiene que hacer en el horno. Claro que se puede probar de hacerlo en una sartén, pero ya será otro plato :)
