MANZANA CON CORONA CROCANTE
Ingredientes:

  • 3-4 manzanas
  • 1 naranja
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar
  • 60 g de azúcar para la masa
  • 175 g de harina
  • 125 g de mantequilla

    Para este plato es mejor utilizar variedades de manzana de pulpa firme y ácida, como reinetas o Granny-Smith. Cuando se las cuece, las manzanas exhalan mejor su aroma si se les añade vainilla o canela.

    También como base, se puede utilizar cualquier tipo de frutas.

    Rallar la piel y sacar el zumo de la naranja.
    Sacar el hueso a las manzanas, pelarlas y cortarlas en aros.
    Colocarlas en una fuente para horno y espolvorear con una cucharada de azúcar.
    Verter encima el zumo de la naranja y la ralladura.
    En un recipiente echar la harina, el azúcar y la mantequilla y trabajar con los dedos, hasta que la mezcla parezca harina.
    Espolvorear las manzanas con esta mezcla, aplastar ligeramente y dejar en el horno durante 50 minutos a 200 grados.
    Este plato se sirve caliente, pero frío también es muy rico. Para cortar esta tarta hay que ir con cuidado ya que es muy tierna.
