MAGDALENAS DE MORAS
Ingredientes:

  • 300 g de moras u otra fruta del bosque
  • 300 g de harina
  • 2 huevos
  • 180 g de azúcar
  • 250 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 160 g de mantequilla
  • 2 cucharadas de levadura en polvo
  • media cucharadita de sal
  • azúcar avainillado
    • Observaciones y Notas:

    Con las cantidades de estos ingredientes resultan 17-18 magdalenas.
    Elaboración:

    En un bol mezclar la harina, la sal y la levadura.
    En otro batir los huevos con el azúcar y el azúcar avainillado, el yogur y la mantequilla derretida.
    Añadir la mezcla de harina y remover con cuidado.
    Añadir las moras, mezclar.
    Poner la masa en los moldes y hornear a 200 grados durante 30-35 minutos.
    Una vez listos espolvorear con el azúcar glas.

    ¿a donde puedo encontrar frutas del bosque en Súria o donde estè màs cerca?

    Hola Dolors,
    En muchos lugares de Súria se pueden coger moras, por ejemplo al lado del rio en La Platja Reguant, o en La Pobla. Muchas veces hemos visto las frambuesas en el Frescuore. Y si no, siempre se pueden encontrar en el Carrefour.
