BATIDO DE MANGO Y PIÑA
Ingredientes:

  • 1 mango grande y maduro
  • 300 ml de zumo de piña
  • 1 plátano grande o 2 pequeños
  • 150 g de yogur natural
  • Elaboración:

    Cortar el plátano en rodajas.
    Pelar el mango y cortarlo en dados.
    Poner el plátano, el mango, el yogur y el zumo de piña en la batidora.
    Batir todo junto hasta conseguir una mezcla suave y homogénea.
    Repartir en tacitas o vasos y decorar con trozos de piña o mango.
